3 Hotels, Several Eateries To Open Next Year In California, Moreno Valley’s Day Street Corridor
Moreno Valley is experiencing a hotel boom, with three hotels rising at the same time on the same street corner.
Two of the lodging venues will anchor an 8.5-acre development called the Quarter Project northeast of Day Street and Eucalyptus Avenue. Those hotels are a 112-room Residence Inn Marriott and a 105-room Holiday Inn Express, said Mike Lee, the city's economic development director.
A third hotel, a 105-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott, is under construction on 3 acres to the east, near the Costco store, Lee said.
