Meliá Hotels International Named One Of The Most Important Companies In Mexico

Meliá Hotels International has been named in the ranking of the most important companies in Mexico in 2018 prepared by the Mexican magazine Expansión. The hotel company has also appeared in previous editions of the ranking.

The ranking of the top 500 most important Mexican and international companies operating in Mexico is based, among other things, on revenues for the year and the value of the assets each company has in Mexico, allowing the identification of the companies that generate the greatest employment, resources and infrastructure for the Mexican economy.

Ever since it began operations in Mexico, Meliá Hotels International has been firmly committed to the country both in terms of investment and talent development. In 2018, for example, the Spanish hotel company was also named one of the top 50 companies to work for in Mexico.
