Adagio, the leading provider of aparthotels, is proud to announce its celebration of International Women’s Day from March 6th – 12th with the theme “We are all heroines.” This year, Adagio is committed to promoting gender equality and empowering women through its partnership with Café des Femmes, an organisation dedicated to supporting women who are victims of social vulnerability.

As part of its commitment to empowering women, Adagio is supporting Café des Femmes through donations of financial support, uniforms, and furniture, as well as coaching and integration assistance through workshops on public speaking and smart CVs. Adagio aparthotels will also exhibit handcrafted creations from the café that will be open for sale to the public, along with a breakfast at HQ organised by the women of Le Café Des Femmes. Women from the café will be welcomed to stay at one of the Adagio aparthotels in France.

In addition to its partnership with Café des Femmes, Adagio has established ways to promote International Women’s Day across its aparthotels, head office, and online. A conference about women’s leadership by Marie Dosiere, a storyteller, speechwriter, and Director of Own Communication Agency, will be held at Adagio’s Head Office on March 8th at 1pm, along with being live on Teams and recorded online to share afterwards.

Other actions Adagio is taking to celebrate International Women’s Day include the creation of a heroines’ wall in the aparthotel reception where guests can take pictures with their badges and stick them to the wall with their name written on the picture. Adagio will also gift badges for everyone on March 8th, and staff will wear them during the week. The reception will display “We are all heroines” posters and inspiring videos of Adagio collaborations will be available on the website. Additionally, an English language European women’s day round table will be held.
