On the fifth floor, guests can visit the more than 23,000-square-foot Urban Sanctuary, which comprises a pool, yoga studio, fitness center, and walk-out terrace. The Ritz-Carlton spa provides sweeping views of the city from its floor-to-ceiling windows. Sixteen treatment rooms, three relaxation rooms, a steam room, a sauna, and a vitality pool offer many ways to relax. Many of the spa treatments incorporate elements of Canada; the Flowers and Herbs Body Polish combines mineral salts, dried herbs, and flowers from Canadian gardens along with essential oils for a relaxing and refreshing treatment. Men's and couples' treatments are also available, as well as prenatal services.
Dining from Canadian Menus and Tapas Offerings at Ritz-Carlton
The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto, provides several dining choices to its guests. Its signature restaurant, TOCA by Tom Brodi, offers a Canadian menu showcasing homegrown, naturally raised, sustainable ingredients. Highlights of the restaurant include chef's table in the kitchen, an extensive wine cellar with 80% Canadian wines, and a cheese cave with daily tastings.
TOCA Bar offers a trendy and stylish place to unwind. Guests can enjoy a tapas-style menu, raw bar, and more than 60 wines by the glass. The bar provides seating indoors as well as a seasonal outdoor patio.
DEQ provides indoor, lounge-style seating as well as an expansive outdoor patio and open-air firepit. The light menu include flatbreads, antipasti or tableside charcuterie.
