Vertical Booking"s central reservation office (CRO) application makes it easy for a hotel or groups of hotels to manage their own voice reservations and requests for quotations in their own call center or reservation office.  The CRO"s full reporting feature includes call monitoring, yield/conversion, performance of individual operators, and the results of any special campaigns.  The CRO application is fully integrated into the Vertical Booking CRS, eliminating additional data entry and management.

Vertical Booking also offers private label voice reservation services through our hospitality-focused call center partner.  With 24-hour operations, 7 days a week, hotels can rely on professionally trained staff to handle all incoming voice reservation calls or simply utilize the call center for overflow, after hour, and call forwarding services.
