The iconic oceanfront Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica ushers in its historic 100th year in operation with a stellar new team and appointed Jason Prendergast as Executive Chef, who will leads the property's locally-sourced, farm-to-table FIG Restaurant. As Executive Chef, Jason Prendergast will lead FIG Restaurant's dining initiatives by combining modern cooking and classic French techniques to produce simple and elegant fare, with 75% of all produce locally sourced at the Santa Monica Farmers' Market.
