The LTHAH is a secondary school preparing students for the professions of the hotel, catering and tourism industry and for higher professional studies in these fields. Professional diplomas are delivered in: Cooking (French Gastronomy) – 3 years course, Restaurant Management – 3 years course, Hotel Management – 4 years course. European recognized technical secondary diplomas giving access to higher studies are delivered in: Hotel Management – 4 years course, Tourism Management – 2 years course.
