Ms. Boone has successfully completed over 100 senior-level executive searches across a range of functional areas including operations, finance, sales & marketing, human resources, and revenue management.
Matt Peterson started his career in executive search in early 2005. Having traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia, he brings a global perspective to the hospitality industry.

Thomas Mielke is a founding member of AETHOS Consulting Group, and has a track record in successfully placing senior executives at leading hospitality companies across the EMEA region. He is an AESC certified consultant and is working together with travel wholesalers, real estate developments firms, investment companies and sovereign wealth funds as well as leading restaurant brands in identifying key talent and has joined forces with clients in establishing compensation schemes as well as organizational structures and workflows.
Andrew Hazelton is Managing Director at AETHOS Consulting Group. An experienced recruitment consultant, he has over a decade of retained executive search experience in a variety of industries, including hotel, restaurant, gaming, cruise, timeshare, real estate, and technology.
Ken is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants and has spoken multiple times at ALIS, The Lodging Conference, The Global Spa & Wellness Summit and to other audiences. He is a member of the ALIS Planning Committee and has served on nonprofit and advisory boards.
Terry Donovan has worked in many facets of the hospitality business. He is tremendously knowledgeable about Food & Beverage operations in both the front and back of house. Most recently, he was a member of the opening team of a new restaurant in New York, Manhattan.
Chris Mumford has over twenty years of hospitality related executive search and consulting experience gained in the EMEA and North America regions. Having studied and worked in Germany and Japan, Chris opened the US office of a London based hotel recruitment firm in the late 90's.
Nina Gold grew up and studied in Germany before embarking on her chosen career in hospitality. She commenced her work at a boutique executive search firm in London focusing on recruiting for global management positions within the hotel sector.
After graduating Rutgers University with a BS in Marketing, Tom began his career on Wall St. as a financial analyst at Salomon Brothers Inc. and AXA Financial. In 1997, Tom got the opportunity to shift focus from finance to sales and marketing and never looked back.
