In this role Yuki is responsible for delivering professional revenue management consulting services to hotels across China. Yuki has been working with a wide variety of international and local hotels in major cities including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen performing revenue management audits, training, SOP development, virtual revenue management service, improvement of roadmap planning and other tailor-made revenue management consulting projects based on customers’ needs.
Ian Chinn currently practices Revenue Management with IDeaS Revenue Solutions. He began his Revenue Management journey at Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland, which led him to a decade of experience with brands such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Meritus Hotels & Resorts, Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
Jessica Halterman is an experienced hotel professional who has held progressive management roles in sales & revenue, marketing and meetings & events for hotel brand Starwood. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks and Leisure Services from Mankato State University, but swears she hasn't watched one episode of Parks & Rec.
Jurgen Ortelee has more than 18 years of experience in various revenue management roles, ranging from designing and implementing systems to training and coaching of revenue management professionals. Prior to his current role with IDeaS, Jurgen was head of revenue for IHG Asia Pacific, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
Neil has been a Senior Advisor at IDeaS Revenue Solutions since 2013 with over 20 years' experience in the hospitality sector. He began his career training as a hotel general manager in London before moving on to roles in sales and marketing and revenue management.
