Serge Ditesheim has been appointed as General Manager at One&Only Moonlight Basin, currently under development in Montana set to welcome guests in Winter 2024/2025. Sergio Pereira has been promoted to Regional Managing Director at One&Only Resorts, Americas

One&Only Resorts has promoted Sergio Pereira as Regional Managing Director of Americas, overseeing strategic development for the brand's portfolio in North America. Sergio joined Kerzner International in 2017 as Resort Manager at Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort in Morocco, before being appointed General Manager for the resort in 2019 and then promoted to oversee One&Only Palmilla in 2021. In this new role, Sergio will continue leading the team at One&Only Palmilla, while also ensuring that all hotel operations, sales and marketing, and hotel initiatives in the region are carried out to the highest level of Kerzner brand standards. Additionally, he will be responsible for representing Kerzner International in the Americas, while providing mentorship and direction to all General Managers and Executive Leaders at properties in the region, including One&Only Mandarina and One&Only Moonlight Basin, in addition to One&Only Palmilla.
