Forget about first come first serve. Play with the lead time. Be strategic3) Remove friction. Make it easy. Use tech. TOTAL REVENUE:Sell the hotel in the most profitable way. Why optimizing only the space where there is a bed?ADVICE FOR THE YOUNG:Tough year, but go study, it's a good timeNeed to love it in order to do it. Be a people person. Enjoy creating experiences, making something memorable for others.Get a test of it asap.
