Interview w/ Robert Mandelbaum, Director of Research Information Services, PKF Hospitality Research - Discussing the PKF report: ‘Trends in the Hotel Industry.’

The past year was a good one for hotels. With unit-level growth in double-digits, the industry is back on its feet, measurably, since before 9/11/01. But does the 11.4% increase tell the whole story? Not exactly. The news is good but not great – yet. In this Windows Media streaming audio interview, PKF’s Robert Mandelbaum joins us to discuss their recent report and give us a glimpse of the future.

Robert Mandelbaum is the Director of Research Information Services for PKF Hospitality Research. He is based in the firm’s Atlanta office, where he is in charge of Research Information Services. Research Information Services produces the annual Trends in the Hotel Industry, Quarterly Trends in the Hotel Industry, and monthly city and state Trends hotel statistical reports, along with customized financial and operational analyses for client projects.
