Sabre Hospitality SolutionsSM, the leading provider of products and services for the hospitality industry, has renewed its three-year corporate partnership with the Cornell Center for Hospitality Research. Sabre Hospitality Solutions combines the world's largest global distribution system, the industry's leading central reservation system (the SynXis CRS), and award-winning internet marketing services to help hotel suppliers increase revenues, identify savings, and improve customer service.
"Sabre Hospitality Solutions recognizes the importance of corporate support in the Cornell model of developing and freely sharing research-based information," said David Meltzer, VP of Global Business Development, who will continue as a member of the CHR advisory board. "Sabre Hospitality is looking forward to new ways to participate in developing the CHR research agenda." Corporate partners sit on the CHR advisory board and have a seat at all CHR Roundtables.
"We thank Sabre Hospitality for their support of the CHR, especially since research has never been more important to the industry. I personally have appreciated the participation of David Meltzer, and I am glad he is continuing on our board," said Professor Rohit Verma, CHR executive director. "We are already discussing ideas for the Cornell Hospitality Research Summit, in October."
