Solare Franchising Push Continues with Opening of New Hotel: Chisun Grand Nagano on December 1st
Solare Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd. will expand its Chisun Brand further, with a new property in Nagano city, located in central Japan. As the home of the 1998 Winter Olympics, Nagano is first and foremost famous for its abundance of ski resorts, in addition to many scenic national parks, beautiful nature trails, historic temples, and hot springs, including one reserved for the infamous snow monkeys local to the area.
After renovations, Chisun Grand Nagano (formerly known as Holiday Inn Express Nagano) will open on December 1, 2010 and is the sixth Chisun Grand hotel in Japan. All properties are in prime areas for sightseeing or business and located in Sapporo, Hakodate (Hokkaido, northern Japan), Sasebo and Nagasaki city (southern Japan) and Akasaka in central Tokyo.
Solare Hotels & Resorts CEO and President A.G. Virili explains, "Nagano offers a wealth of nature, history, and cultural opportunities for travelers visiting Japan. We are very excited to be converting the Holiday Inn Express to a Chisun Grand in an area so popular with overseas tourists. The new Chisun Grand Nagano not only allows visitors and business travelers greater freedom to explore Nagano, but also to enjoy our Japanese restaurant offering fresh local delicacies, meeting facilities and especially our Premium Floor (top 2 floors), which no other hotel in Nagano offers. Let Chisun Grand Nagano be your first choice for a hotel with a great location, affordable price and a high level of hospitality that our loyal customers have come to expect."
