STSN Selected By Interstate Hotels To Provide High-Speed Internet Access
Hotels To Provide Guests With Hassle-Free "Plug and Play" Internet Access for Business Travelers
SALT LAKE CITY / Feb. 15, 2000--STSN announced today it has been selected by Interstate Hotels to provide easy-to-use, in-room high speed Internet access to Interstate's approximately 170 properties in the United States and worldwide. STSN specializes in offering user-friendly, "plug and play" Internet access for business travelers at speeds up to 300 times faster than typical dial-up access.
Installation of the STSN system will be completed by June 2000. Interstate operates approximately 170 hotels under most of the major brands with more than 31,000 rooms in 37 states in the U.S. as well as Canada, Caribbean, and Russia. Installation will proceed rapidly, as the STSN system utilizes existing phone lines and requires no new wiring or cables.

STSN's system works with any Internet compatible laptop or computer and does not force the guest to acquire or use special PC accessories. Guests can simply and securely access the Internet in the same manner they do at the office. STSN will provide Interstate property guests with a toll-free help line to answer questions and provide assistance 24-hours a day/7 days a week. In addition, guests with virtual private area network software can have secure access to their private corporate networks, e-mail systems, scheduling programs, sales force automation and client server applications. STSN's high-speed connectivity eliminates lengthy downloads and turns the Internet into a "real-time" resource for work and entertainment.
