Krstajic decided to leave his current post to pursue his life-long dream of owning and managing his own hotel management and marketing company. Krstajic's impressive career with Allegro spans a decade. An employee with the company since its inception in 1991, Krstajic has contributed to Allegro's considerable growth.
He began his career as general manager at one of Allegro's properties and quickly climbed the ranks - directing Allegro's European sales force.
After successfully managing the European sales team, he guided Allegro development through its substantial expansion phase in the Mediterranean and North Africa - with his profound knowledge in operations and market strategy.
Following his role in development, Krstajic was appointed executive officer of the time-share division - Allegro Vacation Club. And in 1997 he was appointed to his current position, where he has been responsible for Allegro's worldwide sales and marketing.
An accomplished salesperson and strategist, Krstajic reorganized Allegro's entire sales organization and created one of the strongest sales and marketing teams in the industry. Under his leadership, Allegro achieved impressive sales results, including the current record 40 percent corporate-wide growth over last year. In key markets, room production growth compared to 1999 increased a solid 18 percent in Europe, 90 percent in Canada and 71 percent in the U.S.
