Under the agreement, initially having a two-year term, Xceed will work with Hilton to strategize, develop, and implement a broad range of integrated solutions for the company's brand web sites. For Xceed, this multi-million dollar agreement will be the cornerstone of its hospitality industry practice, and demonstrates Xceed's commitment to create long-term partnerships with premier companies in select vertical markets.

Xceed's contract with Hilton includes developing innovative Internet, wireless, and broadband strategies and solutions to further the hospitality company's online capabilities.
