By clicking on Push to Talk buttons placed throughout the luxury mega-resort's Web site, guests can make hotel reservations, join the Venetian Players Club, contact the Canyon Ranch SpaClub, order tickets for special events and performances, and find out more about convention services.
Beginning in the second quarter, the Venetian will also use ITXC Push to Talk Service to add voice functionality to e-mail invitations for The Venetian's gaming tournaments.
Once the button is pushed on the Web site or from an e-mail message, a voice connection is established and guests can talk with a Venetian service agent in real-time through any available phone or directly from a computer.
