Six Continents Hotels has appointed Thomas Schmelter as the new General Manager of the Crowne Plaza Jeddah

Cairo, Egypt, - Six Continents Hotels has appointed Thomas Schmelter as the new General Manager of the Crowne Plaza Jeddah. Schmelter has previously worked with Inter-Continental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the UK and Germany, and most recently was Resident Manager of the Jeddah Inter-Continental Hotel. He holds degrees from the Hotel Management School in Tegernsee and Munich, Germany and has taken several advance management courses at the Washington State University.
