ORLANDO, FL -- Puerto Vallarta, Mexico's brand-new resort Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive Adults Only, which just opened in September 2015, has been accepted into the prestigious Membership portfolio of Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI).
