He brings over 12 years of experience to Fairmont Dallas, beginning his career as a Rooms Intern at the Historic Palmer House Hotel in 2011. After completing Hilton's Management Development Training Program, Sous served as Director of Housekeeping at multiple properties including the Hilton Chicago and Towers and Conrad Chicago.
