Brand Insiders
Conversations with hotel brand leaders on what makes them unique, hosted by Adam Mogelonsky.
Decoding Hotel Brands
The world of hotel brands is diverse and constantly evolving, varying by guest profile, scale, region, design, amenities, heritage, and more. For hoteliers who live this industry, that variety is what makes it rich. For everyone else, it can be hard to keep straight.
Brand Insiders gives a voice to innovative hotel brands. Episodes focus on what makes each brand unique, how their operational playbooks generate returns for owners, and how they're meeting the evolving needs of modern travelers. It's a video series for anyone who wants to understand industry trends, trendsetting brands, growing categories, and emerging markets.
About the Host
The Brand Insiders podcast is hosted by Adam Mogelonsky, one of two principals at Hotel Mogel Consulting Ltd. Adam advises independent properties, small hotel groups, and technology vendors on the path to increased profitability, whatever that path requires.
He has co-authored seven books on hotel management and written over 1,200 articles over the past decade across the trade press, alongside regular podcast and conference panel appearances. His recent work at Hotel Mogel has focused on automation, tech stack auditing, labour efficiencies, employee retention, and upselling practices that maximise total revenue per guest.
That breadth of experience is what he brings to every Brand Insiders conversation: asking hotel brand leaders not just what makes them different, but how that difference actually shows up on the balance sheet and in the guest experience.
