The new hotel will be situated right by the S-Bahn and the planned ICE airport station and tram terminal stop.

On the culinary front, the hotel will have a 150-seat restaurant and 100-seat bar.

For events and conferences, the design incorporates a 740-sqm ballroom in addition to several meeting rooms.

When combined with the conference space at Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Airport, just a short walk away, this will create the biggest meeting and event space in southern Germany, at almost 2200 square metres.
