Three months after the opening of Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam, Fattal Hotel Group announces another important milestone. From August 1, Ramada Apollo Amsterdam will change its name to Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark and continue under the European brand of the Fattal Hotel Group. Leonardo Hotels has no fewer than three hotels in Amsterdam. With the name change, Fattal Hotel Group increases the brand awareness of Leonardo Hotels in the Netherlands and the portfolio consists of 3 Leonardo Hotels with +1,000 rooms in Amsterdam. The transition does not change the management of the hotel.

Alexander Kluit, Managing Director of Fattal Hotel Group, the Netherlands & Belgium: "The Ramada Apollo Hotel was opened in 2012 as the newest flagship of Apollo Hotels and was affiliated with Wyndham Hotel Group due to the global reach of the brand. Apollo Hotels became part of Fattal Hotel Group, one of the fastest growing hotel chains in Europe, a year ago. With Leonardo Hotels we have a strong brand name in our portfolio to grow internationally and we offer our guests the best of both worlds. "

The hotel with 446 rooms on the Rembrandtpark has built up a strong position regionally over the past 7 years, both in the business and the private market. Erik-Jan Bausch, General Manager: "Almost two years after the opening in 2012, we have expanded our hotel in a special way. Restaurant & Rooftop Terrace Floor17 was opened as one of the first roof terraces in Amsterdam and has become an icon in the city. The breathtaking view at an altitude of 85 meters continues to surprise our guests. From 1 August, the Leonardo Hotels flag will fly and we will announce the remarkable Feeling Good way this will be officially celebrated. Anyone familiar with our previous activities at Floor17 knows that this winter edition will also be a bucket list moment! "
