Spiwak Hotels, based out of Cali, Colombia, Salsa Capital of the World, announced the opening of its irreverent and colorful Spirito by Spiwak Hotel. Located in northern Cali's Chipichape neighborhood, it is just a few steps away from the city's premier shopping centers, Chipichape Mall and Pacific Mall, 25 minutes from the Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport, 15 minutes from the Pacific Valley Events Center, and just 10 minutes away from the city's gastronomy, nightlife and entertainment areas, Granada and El Peñón. Spirito by Spiwak is an urban bleisure concept—with 267 colorful rooms ranging from 32 to 60 square meters and a large events room for conventions and exhibitions—where guests are surrounded by the counterculture art of Cali including massive graffitis and murals.

With the new opening, Spiwak Hotels becomes the largest hotel complex in western Colombia and the third largest in Colombia, with a grand total of 493 rooms and 13 events rooms, when one incorporates the existing Spiwak Chipichape Hotel. The new Hotel is composed of four twelve-story towers, boasting 141 parking spaces, and a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views
