On 6 December 2019, New World Saigon Hotel, the first five-star Hotel in Ho Chi Minh, unveils the results of an extensive, two-year renovation of guestrooms, restaurants and lounges, and public spaces, coinciding with the hotel's 25th anniversary. In celebration, local patrons and hotel guests will receive 25% discount on food and beverage, spa and health club services from 7 December 2019 to the end of February 2020.

Bush, George Walker Bush and Bill Clinton, former president of the Republic of the Philippines Corazon Aquino, and Japanese Prince Akishinomiya Denka and Princess Kiko. The hotel's renovation ensures that New World Saigon hotel remains at the forefront of deluxe hospitality in the city, with fresh, contemporary and stylish surroundings matching the tastes of modern business and leisure travellers.

As soon as guests cross the hotel threshold, they encounter a renewed, light-flooded lobby. The new Whisper Bar & Lounge here is destined to become a favorite spot to catch up with friends or business partners, with multiple cozy seating areas to relax and savour a refreshing drink, a cocktail, coffee or teas, along with a savoury snack or luscious dessert together with live entertainm ent in the evening.

Enhancements to the interiors of the adjacent Parkview Restaurant, with its eight-meter floor-to-ceiling windows, will be revealed in the first quarter 2020. This serene space will be ideal for guests to observe the bustling city scene outdoors in a quietly elegant environment and enjoy refreshments at a light and airy self-service market-style cafe with open kitchen stations and an interactive environment for diners to observe chefs preparing dishes. The hotel's Chinese restaurant will also reveal a new concept in May 2020.
