One Lakeside

Situated in downtown Coeur d'Alene and directly adjacent to the town's eponymous lake, One Lakeside is now accepting hotel reservations for its anticipated August 2020 opening. The property features 29 hotel suites and 40 residential condominiums, each crafted with quality finishes and furnished with amenities to provide the perfect getaway or home. One Lakeside is being developed by Austin Lawrence Partners and will be managed by Seattle-based Columbia Hospitality.
Each suite and residence is appointed with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious balconies, chef-ready kitchens, full-size washers and dryers, and premium mattresses and bedding. Capitalizing on the property's distinctive location, all suites and residences also offer stunning views encompassing Coeur d'Alene Lake or downtown, as well as the surrounding mountains. In true mountain-town fashion, One Lakeside is a dog-friendly property, thus encouraging the whole family to enjoy the amenities and outdoor access.

The property features numerous amenities, including a fourth-floor outdoor terrace with a dog run, patio seating and complementary gas grills. A special rooftop terrace features a hot tub, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a club room with a full kitchen.
A complimentary energy snack station will allow guests and residents to properly fuel for the day's adventures, while self-parking ensures an easy escape when the trails call. High-speed wireless internet throughout the property provides the opportunity to work remotely or plan the next adventure.
When returning from outdoor excursions, relaxation awaits in the form of one-, two-, or three-bedroom suites. All are appointed with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Planned by Kevin Corn Design, the multi-bedroom suites feature bedding configurations for the whole family, with all suites featuring a qu een bed in the second bedroom; three-bedroom suites include an additional two twin beds.
