Leading hybrid accommodation brand Generator has announced full conversion of its latest property, Generator Berlin Alexanderplatz, following its official launch party on Thursday, 16 May. The hotel, which marks the brand's fourth asset in the German market, comes as a result of Generator's first third-party management deal in Europe signed with Schroders Capital.

Undergoing a full refurbishment, revitalising the aesthetics of the space with a transformation of 132 guestrooms (695 beds) and bathrooms, as well as the enhancement of the bar, restaurant, and common areas. Alongside existing twin rooms and shared rooms, a variety of new room categories have been introduced, including new family rooms - following an increase in demand from families - and private rooms which can accommodate between four and eight people, ideal for groups travelling ahead of an exciting summer of events such as EURO 2024.

Offering a brand-new shuffleboard bar and pool tables, the hotel conversion has 'gamified' the living areas, building on Generator's already successful shuffleboard bars in London, Copenhagen and Dublin. With entertainment at its core, guests can expect live DJ sets and music events, karaoke, live sports and more during their visit.
