INNSiDE Elounda is a brand-new 5* lifestyle resort on the sun-drenched shores of northeastern Crete, owned and managed by Zeus Hotels and proudly part of the global portfolio of Meliá Hotels International. Set to open on May 1st 2026, this will mark the exciting debut of the INNSiDE by Meliá brand - which is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and contemporary design - in the Greek Islands, and introduces a fresh offering in the renowned destination of Elounda. There are two à la carte restaurants, including Calydon, curated by renowned Greek Chef, Lefteris Soultatos. Born and raised in Heraklion, Crete, Lefteris' professional journey began in kitchens at five-star hotels on the island, before travelling the world and working in destinations including France, Italy, Egypt, and America, developing his diverse mastery of flavours and culinary techniques. Dishes will include Greek classics with a Mediterranean twist, perfectly paired with local wines.
