The newly introduced Sophia celebrates the craftsmanship of authentic Italian cuisine. The St. Regis Bar: A Tribute to Manhattan, Reimagined for Today

The new St. Regis Bar embodies the glamour of early 20th-century Manhattan with a contemporary spirit. The bar's new Time After Time cocktail menu by Head Bartender Kelvin Saquilayan is designed as a sensorial journey through five different decades expressed through the dual lenses of New York and Singapore. Signature creations include the Merlion Sling, Disco-tea-que, and The Straits Mary - a local reinvention of the St. Regis Bloody Mary, infused with Bak Kwa bourbon and assorted spices.

The bar's interiors, crafted from brass, marble, and rich woods, evoke warmth and intimacy, while a striking birdcage-inspired back bar anchors the space.

The Tea Room: A Modern Summer Garden Sanctuary

Nestled within the lobby, The Tea Room redefines the St. Regis Afternoon Tea ritual - first introduced by Mrs. Caroline Astor in 19th-century New York. Drawing design inspiration from the Singapore Botanic Gardens, mirrored panels and floral hues create a tranquil setting for a cosy tête-à-tête. The Afternoon Tea experience is elevated with a tea sommelier brewing your choice of tea tableside, and a scone trolley featuring unlimited scones with an assortment of jams and clotted cream.

Distinctive Celebrations: The John Jacob Ballroom & Level 1 Meeting Space

The newly redesigned John Jacob Ballroom affirms its reputation as the city's prestige venue for grand occasions. The ballroom is illuminated by two skylights that fill the pillarless, 7,638-square-foot space with natural light. Crystal floral chandeliers, vine motifs, and a carpet palette inspired by citrus and sage lend a graceful, garden-like ambience.

With two new LED walls measuring 9.6 metres by 5.29 metres, 10 intelligent lighting systems, and state-of-the-art sound systems, the ballroom seamlessly adapts to both social and corporate occasions. A pre-function bar in the foyer enhances the experience for distinguished guests.

Five newly refurbished meeting rooms on level one are able to accommodate more intimate meetings and events ranging from 20 to 80 persons. Its dynamic pre-function area, outfitted with an operable bar and coffee trunks, make for elevated event cocktails and coffee breaks.
