Denis VecchiatoVecchiato, who began his culinary career 13 years ago in Venice, Italy, has worked in kitchens of luxury and upscale hotels across the world from Dubai and China to the Philippines and India. Trained at the Professional Institute ‘Elena Cornaro’ majoring in culinary and hotel management, Vecchiato remains as passionate about food today, as he was when he started his career 13 years ago, explaining “I’m extremely excited to have the opportunity to be a part of a brand with a legacy and reputation, such as Hilton.
