Thomas attributes much of her success to her voracious appetite for continuous learning and top-notch professional development. In addition to earning an MBA from Suffolk University, she has furthered her credentials though the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige Quality Program of the National Institute of Standards and Technology, having recently been honored with an appointment as a National Malcolm Baldrige Examiner. She is also a candidate for Cornell University's Certificate Program in Hospitality Strategic Marketing and is a graduate of the Introductory Leader's Program of Landmark Education.
