Yusuf Yaran has been appointed Executive Sous Chef at Shangri-La Group
Yusuf Yaran has been transferred to Shangri-La Jakarta as Executive Sous Chef. He was most recently at the Pudong Shangri-La Towers in Shanghai at the same position. Yaran had previously held culinary positions at the Makati Shangri-La Manila, the Ciragan Palace Kempinski Bosphorus, the Ritz Carlton Istanbul and the Four Seasons Sultanahmet.
