Luca CesariniLuca will run Jumeirah Vittaveli’s three main restaurants ‘Mu’, ‘Samsara’ and ‘Fenesse’, ensuring consistent high quality food and service. Born in Italy, Luca graduated from Erminio Maggia in Stresa, the respected Italian College for Culinary Arts and at the age of 21 he became the Executive Sous-Chef of Il Palio in New York City. He then joined the pre-opening team of the St. Regis Shanghai, China. Previous experience also includes roles as Executive Sous Chef at the Sukhothai Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand and the Pelican Hill Resort in California, USA.
