Erica Arnold Erica joined HVS as a consulting and valuation analyst in 2006 and has provided consulting and financial appraisal studies for properties throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. Erica’s hotel operations experience includes; group/leisure sales, hotel/spa operations, revenue management, quantitative/statistical analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and property management systems. In 2010 Erica joined the Executive Search practice where she specializes in senior and mid-management level search in both the hotel and restaurant industries. She is the author of numerous articles and market studies in the hospitality industry. Erica is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She serves as a career advisor for alumni and students of her alma mater and volunteers to interview perspective students in her region.
