Cedric PasPas joined the Omni family from Hyatt Hotels where he worked for more than 12 years holding positions including corporate profit improvement manager, assistant food and beverage director, executive assistant manager, director of rooms, executive assistant manager and director of food and beverage. Additionally, he served as plantation club manager at The Landings Club in Savannah, Ga., General Manager at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort in St. Maarten, DCE, and, most recently, executive director of food and beverage at Keystone Hospitality in Keystone, Colo. Born in South Africa and raised in the Netherlands and Aruba, Pas earned an associate degree in hospitality management from Aruba Hotel School in Aruba, DC. He furthered his education by earning a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in hospitality management from Florida International University in Miami, Fla. In 2014, Pas relocated to Bretton Woods with his family and their 12-year-old yellow Labrador retriever, Emma.
