Bernard FantoliJoining the TIME team is Bernard Fantoli, the new Corporate Director of F&B, who has over 25 years of experience within the food and beverage hospitality industry, with various executive food and beverage positions within well-known hotel brands such as the Marriot, IHG Group and the Hilton. Fantoli will be managing the food and beverage production and guest service at each of the individual property and he is to develop a comprehensive upgrade of the food & beverage product for the overall TIME portfolio.
