Patti KoehnKoehn hails from both large scale and boutique hotels throughout the Chicagoland area. Beginning in 1986, she was appointed as the Director of Rooms Division at the Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center where she provided leadership to staff, budgeting, forecasting, and customer satisfaction. From here she moved into a management track at Arlington Park Hilton, Arlington Heights, in 1993, as the Assistant General Manager. Continuing in this role at the Radisson Hotel & Suites, Chicago in 1994 and General Manager at the Talbott Hotel, Chicago in 1997, she successfully oversaw both an $8 million and $15 million renovation. Additionally, Koehn led the hotel from a 3-star to a 4-star rating during her time at Talbott. In 2003, her experience led her to join the official opening team at the Amalfi Hotel (now Kinzie Hotel) where she moved from Assistant General Manager to her current position as General Manager. Her new position entails the oversight of all hotel operations, playing a heavy hand in the rebranding process of the hotel and continued growth for the property. Garnering an extensive list of membership associations throughout Chicago, this marks Koehn's 10th year on the Board of Directors of The Magnificent Mile Association, with a cumulative of 17 years with the association. Moreover, she is involved with the Illinois Hotel and Lodging Association and Choose Chicago. Koehn graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
