Combes Edouard has been appointed Restaurant Manager at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong
Edouard COMBES - ESSEC Hospitality MBA 2011 has been appointed fine dining restaurant manager in Michelin Star restaurant Petrus, Island Shangri-La Hong Kong, flagship hotel of the same group. Prior to that Edouard was evolving as Assistant Restaurant Manager at the iconic Savoy hotel, in London.
