Ascott recently signed two more serviced residences in Jeddah, strengthening its portfolio in Saudi Arabia to nearly 700 apartment units across five serviced residences. Miccolis said he will look to build on the growth it has already experienced in the region. “We will strengthen our presence in major cities such as Jeddah, Riyadh and Muscat where we have properties and seek opportunities in new cities such as Mecca and Kuwait City,” he added.
