Stefan Zich The resort’s new Director of Food and Beverage is Stefan Zich who will be responsible for ensuring the excellent daily dining operations of the resort’s six bars and restaurants. Mr. Zich joins the Regent family in 2010 when he was appointed the Operations Manager Food & Beverage of the Regent Berlin –ranked the 3rd position in the best hotels in Northern Europe at the 2011 Conde’ Nast Readers Choice Awards. Mr. Zich’s resume also includes quality industry experience as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager of the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains, Switzerland and Kempinski Pragelato Village Resort, Italy. He most recently worked with Six Senses Can Dao, the 5-star resort in Con Son Island, Vietnam where he served as Director of Food & Beverage. His extensive knowledge of both the Regent brand and hotel food & beverage will ensure the highest services standards are maintained to the satisfactions of all our guests.
