Greg Guthrie Greg Guthrie spent the last four years first as Hotel Manager at the 199-room Hotel Maya. His responsibilities included overseeing all Hotel operations including food and beverage and the rooms department. Guthrie has held a variety of hospitality positions but most recently prior to Hotel Maya was Director of Food and Beverage at Kyoto Grand Hotel in Los Angeles and Sheraton Cerritos in Cerritos, Calif. His hospitality positions have taken him from San Diego and San Francisco to Chicago and Columbus.
