Alex OddySix Senses Yao Noi is pleased to introduce Chef Alex Oddy. Chef Alex will lead the culinary team at the resort’s organic Dining Room restaurant in March. Originally from Australia, Alex has been in Thailand for more than three years and has extensive experience with organic sustainable produce. Alex Oddy comes from Melbourne, Australia and began his career at the age of 14 as a dishwasher. He has spent time in many different places in Europe and Southeast Asia. His time working for some of Australia's leading chefs has instilled in him the concept of preparing ingredients simply and honestly. Both sustainability and local sourcing are high on his agenda and coupled with time already spent in Thailand he brings a new level of local knowledge and understanding to The Dining Room.
