Janet M Chan has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at Raffles Beijing Hotel
Janet has been working in the hospitality industry for over 10 years with a selection of definitive names in luxury hotels. From Australia, Janet really grew into the industry with Small Luxury Hotels of the World before moving on to Preferred Hotel Group and then in-house in two properties in Cambodia. Prior to joining Raffles Beijing Hotel, Janet was Director of Sales and Marketing at VOMO Island Resort in Fiji. This is Janet’s second role with Raffles following her work with Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor and her first role in China. Janet’s charisma and strong leadership skills are a key to Raffles Beijing Hotel’s continued success as the famed building heads towards its 100-year anniversary in 2017.
