Sandy Robson Phuket’s new futuristic luxury resort Kata Rocks has promoted Sandy Robson (right) to Resort Manager; previously she held the role of Guest Experience Director. She will be charged with overseeing the daily operations, liaising with owners and ensuring unique personalized delivery of guest experiences across Kata Rocks. General Manager Scot Toon explained, “It is fantastic to be able to promote someone from inside our team to this important role. This is inline with our company values of striving to develop and train our team members to improve ourselves, our product and experiences”.
