Sandra Grisham-Clothier Sandra Grisham-Clothier joined Grand Isle Resort & Spa, in Exuma, Bahamas in January 2015. Having spent more than 12 years in some of the Caribbean’s finest resorts, including Little Dix Bay, Peter Island and The Bitter End Yacht Club in the British Virgin Islands, Sandra brings her experience to the resort’s 78 ocean-front villas, Palapa Grill Restaurant and highly awarded SeaStar Spa. With more than 30 years in the hospitality industry, she has held positions from Rooms Division Manager to Chief Operating Officer. She brings with her a wealth of luxury boutique hotel experience in the Caribbean including managing construction, budgeting, forecasting, as well as an understanding of Government Relations and Compliance. Grisham-Clothier looks to further elevate the existing standards that have produced numerous awards for the hotel while heightening the overall experience for guests. Sandra began her career training in Food and Beverage service at the 5-star Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel. Highly adept at understanding the unique circumstances for providing a fine dining experience in the Caribbean, she brings a particular expertise in elevating these standards for the guests while maximizing revenue for the owners. From the restaurant at Cheeca Lodge, to Stein Erickson Resort in Park City Utah and now to Exuma, Sandra has created an exceptional track record of success.
