Fred HansenSAWGRASS GRAND Hotel announced the appointment of Fred Hansen to General Manager at the hotel. A New York City native, Hansen has been in the hospitality industry for 34 years and has extensive experience overseeing hotel operations, from rooms and food and beverage, to sales and marketing and general management of full-service hotels. Hansen was previously the Executive Assistant Manager at Hershey Lodge in Hershey, Pennsylvania, where he was responsible for $22.5 million in food and beverage revenues and 300 team members. “My approach in the South Florida hospitality scene will be hands-on with a focus on product quality, level of service, training and financial management,” said Fred Hansen, General Manager of Sawgrass Grand Hotel.
