Ahmed FawzyFour Seasons Hotel Riyadh is pleased to announce the appointment of Ahmed Fawzy as its new Executive Chef. Chef Fawzy will be overseeing all of the Hotel's food & beverage operations that include the Lobby Lounge, The Grill, Elements, ROSSO as well as in-room dining. Chef Fawzy has had a long-standing journey with Four Seasons hotels that began in 2000 at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence. Since then he has worked as Banquet Chef, Restaurant Chef and Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, and most recently was the Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. A graduate from the Tourism & Hotel Institute in Cairo, Chef Fawzy is a highly creative and detail-oriented chef, with a strong work ethic and passion for the culinary arts, he will no doubt bring new culinary ideas into the mix with his talent, extensive experience and caring personality.
