Nicole Arce has been appointed Food and Beverage Operations Manager at The InterContinental Mark Hopkins in San Francisco
The InterContinental Mark Hopkins is proud to announce the following new hires and promotions across the engineering, food and beverage, and housekeeping teams. Newly appointed Food and Beverage Operations Manager, Nicole Arce has been part of the hotel’s Food & Beverage team since late 2014, where she jumped into the role of Director of Outlets during the busy holiday season, overseeing front-of-house operations for The Nob Hill Club, Top of the Mark, room service and minibars. In addition to continuing to manage these aspects of the hotel, Nicole will oversee the banquet management team. Her previous hospitality experience includes roles at The Olympic Club, Rosewood Sand Hill, and The Fairmont San Jose.
