As a proven hotelier in strategic, operational and luxury service culture, Prescott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to La Serena Villas to continue its growth and evolution as the new luxury destination in Palm Springs. Prior to joining La Serena Villas, Prescott held positions at many top resorts, beginning her career in luxury hospitality at the Palmer House in Chicago, as well as serving with Waldorf Astoria’s Boca Raton Resort and Club. Just before her move to La Serena Villas, Prescott served various positions at The Avalon Palm Springs, formerly The Viceroy Palm Springs including Director of Sales & Marketing, as well as Director of Catering and Events. Under Prescott’s supervision, Viceroy Palm Springs received several accolades including being named Best Boutique Resort by Palm Springs Life for 2 years in a row.
